I liked the look of Peter's potatoes. I am constantly trying to make the perfect roast potato.

I've tried everything to make them like my mum's. They are never the same. My Christmas dinner ones weren't too bad, actually. I have and idea of how I want them to be, but never seem to get it quite right.

My mums are completely different to dhs but fantastic too. My cooking is shit.

Chris looks as if he is about to burst into tears or go postal.

I'm glad Emily got through to the judging chamber and I hope she does well tomorrow. I feel sorry for Chris (and wish he'd got through instead of Peter) but his pudding didn't live up to the concept.

Thought Emily deserved more than one point ahead of Peter too.
