Is anyone watching? I think it looks really promising I think.

I'm half watching. I should really turn off, go to sleep, and watch it on 4od.

We are about to give up and we're only on the first ad break. Are we meant to be able to read those msgs? The text was far too small and the contrast was completely inadequate, couldn't read a word. If it turns out to be important we'll be really annoyed.

It's very disappointing as we were really looking forward to it. DH has already given up and is gazing at guitarson ebay. I'm hanging inthere, but if there's a lot of it, I'll give up too.

Yes they were tricky to read. The messages said that one guy had the second volume of Utopia, the rest said there wasn't one and he said that it was unpublished and never been seen before. Then they arranged to meet in the pub to look at it. People from the forum have never met before apparently.

Thank you, Rollergirl. I may have to ask for a similar synopsis if there's another flurry of unreadable text!

Hmmmn, I'm finding it quite disjointed. I had heard that it very much relies on the audience to make the connections themselves.

That was really grim! I wasn't really paying attention at the time but what was the but with this health minister guy talking to Stephen Rea? Who was he meant to be?

Ahhh Sinister, perhaps that was the purpose of the Russian flu? So that guy would get the sack or resign and they could get that guy in?

Also sucked in, also strangely impressed that couldn't watch the torture scene, don't often see that on tv, very disturbing.

Apparently one of the actors said it builds in shock factor and that on a scale of 1-10 this one was only a 2!!

I can't watch violence like that. It turns my stomach. It's a shame, because I wanted to watch it and follow the story. But if there's going to be more 'shock factor' horror scenes, I'm out.

caught up with this last night - I REALLY enjoyed it - except the torture scene :S
It totally drew us in from the start, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
Kato the boy was only limping after he'd jumped from the school window - he wasnt limping at the start.
