Please can someone help me on today's episode. The patient with the "policeman" husband - there was a problem with her notes which she knew about but her husband didn't and the hospital only just found out - what was it?

There wasn't a problem with the notes, she had hidden from her husband that she had Huntingtons and daft blonde nurse had only just realised. Daft blonde had been looking at someone else called Sheila's notes at first and had confused her pouty little brain. It was a very, very lame plot device.
