I have just seen an episode of emmerdale after not having watched for months and wondering what happened to Katie? Thanks

She fell out with declan and he zoomed off on a quad bike and she followed him but ended up falling down into the mines and being stuck down there for days

Oh and she's just had an operation because of an infection in her ovaries and womb and has just been told her chances of having children are severely reduced
