I just watched the episode from last week, I was amazed at that couple from Leeds who had not had a holiday before and the woman had never been to the south of England. Totally different life from most of us I expect. I couldn't help feeling sorry for them at their choice of hotel!

It's such a shame. It looks ok from the outside but Mark is a crap manager. I am still disappointed Alex Polizzi didn't appear.
