It's on BBC3 tomorrow eve at some point. I'm not sure what time.

Radley · 15/04/2006 19:18

7.05 pm tomorrow BBC3

Bomper · 15/04/2006 20:10

Didn't enjoy this one as much as I have the others, a bit too silly!! Harking back to the bad old days of Colin Baker et al!! I am sure it will improve, and have to grudgingly admit I do like David Tennant!! Still love Christopher Ecclestone though!!

twokids · 15/04/2006 20:13

thought it was brill(bit confusing) can't wait til next week

harpsichordcarrier · 15/04/2006 20:13

oh GOD David Tennant
I can barely concentrate on what he is saying
the eyes!
the cheekbones!

WestCountryLass · 15/04/2006 20:24

I really enjoyed it and my DS thought it was brill, he thinks Cassandra is really funny!

We went to the Dr Who exhibition early so he was primed for the show :)

Davros · 15/04/2006 20:24

Its on at such a terrible time, core bathtime/bedtime for DD and DS. And the repeat is on at almost the same time, grrrr.
I hope it will be on Teleport and we can watch it when we can pay some attention, what I saw looked really good (i.e. DT!)

Pinotmum · 15/04/2006 20:32

Brill! Dd didn't like it and whinged through it but I'll persevere Grin

cupcakes · 15/04/2006 20:50

echo harpsi
It was the first episode ds has watched and he was terrified of the scary people and kept wimpering. Which was quite annoying as I wiped away my drool.

Radley · 15/04/2006 21:12

What surprised me thought, was that when he was at school he dreamt of being doctor and wrote an essay that his teacher has kept.

Funny how some things turn out.

I agree with you hsc, those eyes, those cheekbones, and he even looks sort of good in the naff trainers and suit LOL

DumbledoresGirl · 15/04/2006 21:15

Oooh I love David Tennant too. I don't think he came across at quite his best tonight - boy Billie Piper can act! - but I will keep watching it if only for him.

Clary · 16/04/2006 00:07

ooooh yes Harpsi, david tennant, yummy, what is it about him?
DH says he's short but I don't care.
I took the smalls to a Dr Who thing at a museum here today, a real-life Dalek and a chance to make one too, so good excuse to watch the Doctor tonight (drool emoticon)
DS2 (just 3) was a bit scared tho and kept hiding behind DH's arm bless him.

Saggarmakersbottomknocker · 16/04/2006 08:27

Missed it - dd said she was ROFL at the chav comment Grin

Bomper · 16/04/2006 14:22

Hey all you David Tennant fans what do you think of \link{http://search.msn.co.uk/images/results.aspx?q=David+Tennant&FORM=MSNH2\these?}

binker · 16/04/2006 15:51

Bomper - I love Christopher Eccleston, but I do think David Tennant is pretty fab - I loved the Christmas episode - do you watch the BBC3 Dr Who Confidential ? ...am v excited as it's directed and produced by the son of a good friend !

Donk · 16/04/2006 16:04

What do you mean I MISSED DR.WHO
Aaaaargh!

I can't beleive it......... we ALWAYS watch it......

roisin · 16/04/2006 16:17

I'm a bit of a luddite - never like change. Prefer Christopher Eccleston to DT any day! Maybe he'll grow on me.

Davros · 16/04/2006 19:29

Clary, your DH is just Envy On our old Casanova thread someone said he was short and we had a debate, the conclusion being that he is apparently a 6 footer (yeah, I know, all the same lying down).

Davros · 17/04/2006 21:02

Hooray! Its on Teleport so watched it at a civilised time last night.... excellent. Also see that its repeated on Fridays at 9pm, BBC3 I think.

marthamoo · 17/04/2006 21:18

I didn't rate it that much - thought the plot was a bit thin. I like David Tennant though (I got very weary of Christopher Eccleston's overused dopey grin) but..one thing...are those freckles for real? They look drawn on.

Katymac · 17/04/2006 21:19

What's Teleport?

lahdeedah · 17/04/2006 23:31

Agree Marthamoo, thought it was a bit disappointing - too much going on, and the ending where Cassandra suddenly decided to die was a bit weak. According to Charlie Brooker in the Grauniad it gets much much better next week, so can't wait!

Am loving David Tennant though - and whoever said his trainers and suit are naff is so wrong!!!!! (I'm a Converse girl Grin)

harpsichordcarrier · 17/04/2006 23:36

I tell you what it is about David Tennant...
he looks like he would be fantastic fun in bed Blush Grin
playful and affectionate and tender and passionate and oh dear I think I should probably go to bed.....

mykidsmum · 17/04/2006 23:38

David Tennant makes my stomach churn he ruined cacsnova for me just wasn't handsome enough
