I'm recording it so I can watch it without the ads. Loved the book. Have you read it?

butisthismyname · 10/12/2012 21:02

No - it looks like something I would love though. It's started - I think I'll give it a go Grin

I'm watching. I have no idea what it is going to be about though

ledkr · 10/12/2012 21:07

I'm watching too I like these tv dramas. Dd1 is in a rare helpful mood so is trying to settle the baby for me whilst I watch it

DontForgetTheSproutsLawrence · 10/12/2012 21:08

Im watching.

I usually enjoy these drama things but the endings are normally rubbish.

ledkr · 10/12/2012 21:35

It's a bit like my family Hmm I have to laugh in these things where the same actor plays the younger character and is supposed to look twenty years younger just with the aid of a headband

LadyFace · 10/12/2012 21:47

I am watching too but am somewhat distracted with the talk of chocolate ice cream followed by carte d'or adverts.

custardismyhamster · 10/12/2012 21:51

I'm a little confused so far. Is the book good? Might buy it for my new Christmas kindle Grin

ledkr · 10/12/2012 21:58

Bit fat fetched

Blondeshavemorefun · 10/12/2012 22:54

Started watching but seems weird

thenightsky · 10/12/2012 23:17

Oh I like it. I like these flashback to hippy hanging out rich kids summer of love but with sinister twist that haunts them forever things Grin

RiaUnderTheMistletoe · 10/12/2012 23:34

Interesting enough to watch the second half, but I don't really like any of the characters, so I don't much care what happens to them.

PeppermintonCandyCane · 11/12/2012 10:57

The book is excellent, and has a great twist at the end.

I watched the first 10 minutes and thought the portrayal of characters and locations was spot on. Looking forward to watching the rest all in one go.

Blondeshavemorefun · 11/12/2012 21:44

So biba killed the dad

And karen shot the boyfriend

And Rex took the blame for both

LittleAbruzzenBear · 12/12/2012 10:03

Karen said Biba was dead at one point. Did she commit suicide too, or is she actually alive? Is the daughter Biba's and not Karen's? That neighbour, the wife, is a right cow-bag.

MikeLitorisHasChristmasLights · 12/12/2012 11:07

I think Biba is alive.

HalleLouja · 12/12/2012 13:07

The way she said it made me think Biba was alive.

Atthewelles · 12/12/2012 13:16

I thought Biba shot the boyfriend as well Confused

HalleLouja · 12/12/2012 13:17

I didn't think it was that clear who shot the boyfriend the one from Hunted.

Blondeshavemorefun · 12/12/2012 15:55

why do you not think the daughter was karens?

and yes not clear who shot boyfriend, but certainly wasnt rex who killed either

LittleAbruzzenBear · 12/12/2012 16:47

I am probably over-thinking things and coming up with weird and wonderful ideas Blondes! Just a feeling, but no certainty.

Blondeshavemorefun · 12/12/2012 17:16

Grin little ab - well lets hope the ending is better then crinkly hall- i was very disappointed by that :(

Blondeshavemorefun · 12/12/2012 17:19
