Whatever you may or may not say about him, the man can sing. Saw him in Vancouver a few years back and it was brilliant.... Silent Night is bringing a tear to my eye!

I feel properly Christmassy now - for the first time this year

I've never understood if Rod Stewart is actually Scottish or not.

Never been a Rod fan but just caught the end and loved it.

It was very heart-warming.

Aw I agree, it was lovely. Had been away for weekend, got back late, was tired & cold. Had a nice bowl of soup & put this on - was just lovely & Christmassy. I like Rod, not so much for his music, but he seems an ok bloke, happy to take the mick out of himself & also talks lovingly about his family. Really liked his recent interview on Graham Norton.

Rod was fab. Such a cool cat. Beautiful singing voice live too. Love him :) so sexy.
