Emmerdale- Bernice's boyfriend Steve- what's he been in?

I've googled - I don't recognise him from any of the programmes/films listed.
As soon as I saw him, I thought he was a character (Evil brother/Evil Uncle) but I can't think what he's been this in?

Anyone shed light?

I recognised him too but not sure where from....probably loads of things

I wish Bernice and Steve would disappear. Pointless having them in Emmerdale. Bernice is old enough to know better. Selfish cow.
