Snog marry avoid- How do they get rid of the fake tans?

I'm assuming it must be a day long make over. But surely there people have tans that would take weeks to fade?
Just wondering...

I think the fake bakes only last a few days so a good scrub with a rough hit and an exfoliater probably does the trick.
