and is knowing how to get a cheaper winter holiday really superscrimping?

is it just me that wishes this programme would give useful tips?

Makes me feel ancient as very little is new, such a shame.

i get that there is only so much squeezing you can do when it comes to filling a flask in the morning and having foil insulation wrapped round your bathtub. but when i hear the phrase "superscrimpers:winter survival" during a double dip recession it does not conjure up images of skiing down the slope at a 3 rather than 5 resort. i think of elderly people having to skip lunch everyday to afford a bit of coal for their fire.
