Because I really didnt like the series. Except I love it whenever I stumble accross an episode, I find myself in hysterics. Appart from the vomit and poo.

Is it worth watching? I have terrible memories for a holiday in Shagamuff 25 years ago and Im scared it will bring them all back Grin

I'm confused - did you like the series or not? :)
I would watch it though - it's no-thought-required viewing (and very funny, in my childish opinion!)

KatyPeril · 07/11/2012 17:54

If you liked the series, watch it!

I never watched the series at the time because it wasnt my cup of tea. I thought. Then Ive caught the odd one and loved them. Am I brave enough for the film?

It's very funny....in a kind of really disgusting way.

wonderingwinnie · 07/11/2012 18:24

I would say no - don't watch it. Esp if you don't like the vomit and poo! I loved the series, hated the film. Too vulgar.

However - YouTube the dance scene :o

I loved the series, but found the film a bit drawn out.

But Neil in his white disco outfit Grin (want to adopt him, he's so sweet)

Oh dear.

I liked the tv programme - except the last series. And the episode in the first series with the vomit.

I really want to see the film - is it vomity?

StaceeJaxx · 07/11/2012 20:01

I thought the film was hilarious. It is disgusting in parts though, but very funny.

MoppingMummy · 07/11/2012 20:04

Absolutely yes! It is hilarious!

TigerseyeMum · 07/11/2012 21:22

The film is even more crude than the series. It's pretty tacky and tasteless. But worth a look. I wanted the head teacher to Bevin it more though he does put in a special appearance...

RVPisnomore · 07/11/2012 21:24

Watch it for the dancing if nothing else. Doesn't matter how many times I see them dancing but I laugh every time!

Can anyone tell me just how much vomiting is in the series? I borrowed the box set but if it's terribly vomit-ridden I'm not going to bother, I'm emetophobic.
