I think EE has got really boring now - hope we've seen the last of Christian and Said - they got way too drippy - I was fed up with watching them weep the whole time. I don't think it's ever really recovered from Stacy leaving. But was wondering why Derek is so against Joe being with Lauren - are they half brother and sister maybe or have I gone completely off on my own storyline,

Hmm I too was thinking Lauren might be Derek's hence the focus on joe and Lauren's relationship. I know being cousins is a bit weird but it's not illegal whereas half siblings would be. think I just have an over active imagination

Now theres a thought SinisterBuggyMonth you may have hit the nail on the head there. Max could be Joeys dad and that is the hold Derek has over him. Derek does occassionally remind Max's of some sort of sordid secret. So did Max have yet another affair or was he a sperm donor for Derek and dereks wife / ladyfriend.

Think I must be extra tired ATM or just stupid - but can someone explain why Tanya has agreed to Derek's blackmail? Is it just to stop Max from finding out that Lauren & joey slept together? Or that Lauren was the crash driver?

Why didn't she just face Derek down? Am I missing something?
