Oh wise MNers, please help me remember the name of a tv show in the 80's / 90's.

Ok it might of been a film. Not 100 % sure.....sorry.

It was about children being sent to live in Australia.

I think it was set in Liverpool and seem to remember "The Liverbirds" being in the title or theme somewhere, but a google search only comes up with the sitcom.

It was about a boy 13-14 ish and a girl of the same age. I think the girl had blonde hair.

They were seperated when they arrived in Australia - sent to different families but managed to find each other somehow.

Sorry this is very vague, but randomly popped in to my head earlier, and has been annoying me all night.

Can't help you, sorry. But I loved some the Aussie kids stuff back in the day. Anybody remember Spit McPhee? From Bendigo Boys Home :) And the Children of Fire Mountain, think that was from NZ.

And for early 90s reality, you can't go past Sylvania Waters.

No not The Sulivans - thanks though Going, I think it might have been a short drama not neccesarily aimed at children - I remember being very at the sex scenes.
