What are your favourite merlin episodes?

With series 5 pending, (at last) tell me what your faves are. No one else i know likes it but i think it's great and i'm very much over the age of 8!

The one where Uther marries the troll. Anything with the Dragon in it

Haha, that was hilarious! I loved the one when giaus is posessed by the goblin and he's slapping uthers head to cure his baldness, don't know how they kept a straight face doing that scene.

Arthur with the donkey ears nearly killed me with laughter.

I'm a big merlin fan and I even bought a T shirt with Arthur on because I knew my friends would get a kick out of it, (my merlin love a very long running joke) the shop owner assured me he sold many many more in the adult sizes than the childrens

I liked the one where Arthur slums it at Guinevere's house to enter a jousting contest and gets a telling off by her for being such a knob.

I couldn't think of a more perfect line up! It is a bit tough pickinga fave as they are all fantastic. Hope merlin has a new love interest in s5, that ep when freya dies made me blub so much! Was shouting at the tv when that dragon brought morgana back to life, hope she gets her come uppance.. again!

I think it's great. I can watch with the children (different ages) and it's usually suitable viewing for them all.

I'm not sure about a favourite episode, but we do like the comical moments featuring Arthur and Merlin, the chemistry between them is wonderful.

Well they know us mums need a bit of eye candy! phwoar. It's nice to have something so exciting for the kids without us having to vet it first for dodgy content, saying that is it bad that while enjoying merlin i am perving off the knights?

I read a review once that pointed out how every episode has at least one homoerotic moment between Arthurand Merlin, especially how often Arthur has his kit off in front off him. And said about how the program truly had something for everyone! One of the knights (Percival?) permanently has his guns out whatever the weather. The producers are shameless

I thought about having a Merlin drinking game at one point:
Arthur takes shirt off - drink!
Morgana says 'sister' - drink!
Uther eats fruit - drink!
Merlin mutters something about saving Arthur's life - drink!

Hahaha totally right. Percivals arms always distract me, yowza. That is a good idea, you missed out that arthur will one day unite the land of albion, that included we would be arseholed within 20mins! S5 is supposed to be quite dark though, think it starts the 29th of sept. Looking forward to perving again!
