Just read that Katya Virshilas isn't returning to the show, a new dancer Karen Hauer is taking her place.

Who will be in this year's line up?

Am interested in Colin Salmon & Victoria Pendleton. DvO should be good though.

Brendan's pretty tall I think, about 6'2"?

I follow Russel Grant on twitter and he tweeted 2 of the pairings.... he thought the show went out live last night.... woops! The tweets have since been deleted but I saw them so if you want to know I have some inside scoop :)

New to this thread. DH said to me last night 'don't you get bored of SCD, it's the same every year', but I argued that it most certainly is not. Anyways, he will probably like ogling Flavia, Aliona and Kimberley Walsh. I love Anton and Flavia so hope they have decent partners this year rather than the joke acts.

Yes, I think Brendan is probably the tallest dancer.

Even without having seen the pairings - so I'm giving nothing away - I'm so excited for Saturday!

According to Johnny Ball on local radio this morning, the DANCE-OFF IS BACK!!!

I am so glad the dance-off is back - the results show was such a waste of time last year without it - completely dull and anti-climatic!

Think we needed the dance off last year as the popularity was beating dancing :(
