Can anyone recommend Vera, I take it it's a police drama?

apparently Vera is very good.

Did you watch Line of Fire? I didn't and then so many people raved about it I've been watching it on iPlayer.

I have to watch t'opening ceremony for DD, but I reckon she'll get bored after 1/2 hour then I can watch something interesting.

Gardeners World but then probably the, you know, ... I'll just get my coat.

Trainspotting would keep my interest for all of 2 minutes unfortunately so I may try Vera
