I had to stop watching 2 minutes in. I had house envy.

There was a MNer who went on CDWM - it was before my time :( but apprently she gave a blow by blow account of the whole thing, and the CDWM people got arsey because she was spilling all their secrets! She cooked lobster iirc (it all gets mentioned every so often so I know some of the info)

I dont have an indoor pool big bath though does that count as a mumsnetter

I remember the episode with the mumsnetter. She didn't come across well on the show and she complained about the editing in a thread. Put me off ever applying for it.

God yes, it sounded like a nightmare- they were kept up til three in the morning some nights, hours between courses etc. If anybody said anything interesting, they were all forced to reenact it, but better, etc,
They would also engineer little cock-ups like switching your oven off when your back was turned so it looked like you'd made a mistake.

I wouldn't go on it in a million years
