Did anyone watch all of this?
just caught the last quarter of an hour, really interesting, about a UK based company having a trial where staff bring their babies into work, they are at their desks with them all day.
The ending was nice when the workforce vote overall to allow babies to come into the office and also the opening of a new nursary on-site. Maybe not very realistic in long term reality? I do realise this kind of thing wouldn't work in all jobs.
However, it was lovely to see a firm that values it employees and their families and doing something totally radical. Gave me a little lump in the throat at the end
