Game of Thrones is fairly awesome although I get somewhat irate (usually via Twitter) over their habit of having scenes that involve very naked women and completely dressed men (not always sex scenes either) The books are fabulous too but obviously are far more in depth and detailed than TV can ever reflect.

I download TV (and TV only) but I'll rewatch when it finally gets over here, and I buy the DVDs and merchandise as well. Whilst I get that it's illegal, I'm fairly happy to justify it in that in the long run it makes no financial difference to any network that I saw it earlier than I should.

Sherlock has many pairings but of course Holmes/Watson :) I'll have to have a look for some recs but generally I work my way through AO3 or there's a comm called sherlockbbc on LJ

And whilst I remember - it's very annoying that episodes of Supernatural are on the US iTunes after they air (and in one giant cock-up, the S7 finale actually appear to view there 4 hours before it was aired...) If they were available generally, I'd pay the couple of quid to watch rather than DL them.

No I haven't read the books either.
Maybe I shall do so first.

I don't like downloading them.
To me if they are aired in the USA then they are out.
If people choose to illegally upload them then they are at fault but just watching them through streaming means I am not taking anything.
I just wish they would put decent series on proper channels here at the same time.

I'm annoyed as it was meant to start this week. It's clearly still popular as all the fans have been asking Sky Living for ages when it's returning. Why the delay? I need my Winchester fix! Love Dean and Cas. I have been watching snippets from past seasons on Youtube including the 'knight rider/supernatural' and the one where the intro is a sitcom pastiche. Love this show, sigh.......
