Bother, I've lost NCIS & CSI- anyone else lost channels?

Humph. After a busy day at 5 hour Festival of Football, I was looking forward to feet up, glass of vino and CSI. But lo! some digital channels have disappeared form my freeview box. Can't get 31 (5USA) and 44 (5+1). Probably others, but haven't tried them all. The main digital channels are fine. Anyone else lost some channels, and how do I get them back?

No problem.

I find my box has to be retuned every so often as the channels move around the frequencies. It's a pain and takes ages on my box. Always happens at the start of a critical episode.
