Lord Sugar is a moron

Although I did recently discover that Tesco already has something similar.

Oh good, I thought that Nick was the best one with the most interesting business idea.

The bbc good food website has a button next to all its recipes that you can click to buy all the ingredents with Ocado too.

It just doesn't sound like a new idea to me.

I'm hoping what Nick's will do is let you choose the best place to buy the food, rather than being tied to one supermarket.

Being in NI, I don't have Ocado, for example.

Yeah, definitely, if it can serve as a price comparison tool that would be amazing. But I wonder how difficult it will be to transfer data from recipes to actual product names in catalogues, and compare like for like prices, ie. price per kg. The supermarkets will need good APIs. [geekemoticon]

It's being done already by Ocado and Sainsbury's. Or you just get recipes from MN or the BBC and buy the stuff online. It's unnecessarily complicated, IMO
