Love watching these re-runs on 'Home' (on maternity leave at the mo) but have to wonder.....how thick are these hoteliers? I know you can get too close to a problem not to see it, but some of them must have the standards of a rat....and that's unfair to rats!!

I love the hotel inspector I'm very excited about the new series!

I think some of them think 'oh I fancy having a hotel' and don't realise how much hard work it takes. I know how easy it is to let standards slide in my house. Then there are those if think their taste is the best when it's bloody awful!! Does the new series start this week? I love Alex polizzi. I was worried she had left after doing the bbc2 series.

this thursday i think she might be expected to get her kit off!! can't wait (not because i want to see her in the buff, i just love the programme)..

Yep, I prefer Alex to Ruth Watson although she doesn't mince her words either. I wonder if Alex () still has that ginormous handbag/ overnight bag thingy?

I know it's bloody hard work running a hotel/ B&B but I'd like to think I'd have a bloody good stab at it, make it tasteful etc. I guess a lot depends on your budget.....

Just stumbled on this tonight, the naturist hotel. Very limited market I would say for a suburban nudist spa in a residential street where the menu consists of microwaved ready meals, where do they find these places?

enjoyed it, especially the various facial expressions from both alex and the journo's. as for the food.......lovely garden though :) i don't know if i could have got my kit off, too concious of my horrible bottom

The food was dreadful - I wouldn't pay to eat that. For someone supposedly into freedom and lack of inhibition and conformity, that man was remarkably fixed in his ideas on how to run the place.

I found him very irritating, - I mean if I want to hang out in the nude, I can do that at home, - if I went to a hotel to do it, I'd expect a bit of luxury - decent food and surroundings that don't look like a hospital waiting room and canteen.

If I wanted to go to a nudist spa (or any spa for that matter), I would either want it to be a day spa in town, or a hotel one in the countryside, this was neither and reminded me of an old peoples home in many ways. The garden was greatly improved by the end but the food, hmm. Unless I missed anything I was in and out of the room a bit while it was on.

There is a naturist centre down the road from here that is very well publicised and one thing they always insist on is that you must sit on a towel at all times. Boak at the wipe clean leather.

I thought Alex's face was a picture when he got into the hot tub naked with her to discuss business

I think one of the journos quite enjoyed getting his kit off in the end.

Why were most of the naturists old men and how come they don't have hang ups about their bodies? I don't want to wander around naked anywhere but I wish I had their confidence to do it.
