Can anyone remember this programme?

There was a series a while back where a child psychologist/parenting expert (male) gave advice to parents via phone calls and never actually met the children. Can anyone remember the name of the programme, what channel it was on or the bloke's name? If it helps, he did a daily reward system with pennies earnt or removed IIRC.

I can remember that program. The kids had quite serious behavioural issus. I think it was on Channel 4?

I remember that - it had the very sorry tale of the mum who couldn't hold her daughter, let alone hug her and she had to learn how to be a parent.

Bet there's a thread on here about it.

I remember that one :( I would have been scared to death by some of the kids behaviour.
