Is it just me that hates Sonya? Her pantomime overarching really irritates me. Flaps her arms all the time and pulls really over-the-top faces. Weird.

Frilly, I have yesterday's on Sky+ so I'll watch it later. I LOVE how history completely changes to suit the writers :)
I fancied Shane in H&A too - he hasnt aged very well. His face is still the same, but I dont like the skinnyness.
Melissa George (played Angel) is in an amazing film called Triangle - well worth a watch!

Frilly - my dh asked the same thing about the cupcakes!

I was amazed at juat how many cupcakes they could knock up, allow to cool and ice all at the coffee shop whilst on duty there...that could then be taken over to Charlie's and flogged in large numbers!

We call it "neighbours time" - also applies to getting the results of any medical tests in five minutes and being able to get from anywhere in Erinsborough to Harolds/Charlies during every break you might have for a coffee - how they ever get any work done is beyond me.

I love they all seem to be able to get everything they need grocery wise from Harolds - although maybe that's why they're always getting take aways or eating out.. I've thought about this way too much

Speaking of conflict of interest how about Toadie? He's defended everyone he knows, including his girlfriend!

That is true anon. He also seems to know about every kind of law there is!

I love the magic shelf in Harold's that always has exactly what the customer wants! This was mentioned on another thread a while ago and still makes me snigger!

What is it with vanessa and her need to mention cooking in every SINGLE sentence. It's just weird.

And Paul's new girlfriend seems to have inherited Rebecca's wrap dresses

And the cliche geek character is just ridiculous. Slightly gawky, skinny, thick glasses, battle re-enactment. Ugh!

yes...but he is possibly quite good looking under all that? Are they going to do a 'Jane' (shows age ) and have him de-geeked and revealed as a hottie that Tash eventually falls for??

Absolutely - Tash will fall for him WHILE he is a geek, to show her that beauty is superficial etc etc. Yawn (But i'll happily keep watching)

I don't get why Jade liked Kyle out. He lived there first and her sister lies across the road! Glad that Troy thing is over with now, that storyline was driving me mad.

I'm still hating how vanessa mentions food in every single sentence. Drives me nuts. She's very smug that she can cook well.

I'm having the best time right now watching episodes from 20 years ago on youtube. Seriously, I'm addicted. There's Harold and Madge and Paul and Gail and Todd and Toby Mangel. Basically all the episodes from when I first started watching, so it's very nostalgic for me. I might even have wept a bit

I've just been catching up on a few episodes. Can I just say how self obsessed Vanessa is? Definitely likes having everyone wrapped around her little finger. Poor Lucas! What is Rhys doing with her? Love how she's everyone's best friend and confidante after 5 minutes. Those chopsticks and the Japanese meal were the final straw! Ok will now proceed to get life.

Agree Vanessa is uber annoying but how on earth is Lucas supposed to have pulled her? And when is she going to actually look pregnant?

I know! She is so humourless too. However she has made her way into the opening credits so I therefore staying put!
