Can someone on Netflix or Lovefilm do me a small favour?

Can you check and tell me if a film called 'Archipelago' is available on there? Really want to watch it, but not enough to buy it Blush We've been considering getting either Netflix or Lovefilm anyway.

You know you can check LoveFilm without having an account Wink

But yes, they have it.

You can? Awesome, thank you Grin

Now I just have to decide whether to risk DH laughing his socks off at me signing up to watch a film I have no interest in except to fangirl over the lead actor Blush

Where did my shame go?

If it just says DVD and not Watch Now, does that mean it's only available by post? I am easily confused it seems...

Yes DVD only not available for streaming onto computer etc

MrsDmitriTippensKrushnic · 07/06/2012 16:03

Oh poo. I want to stream it, not interested in signing up for the postal service. Thank you for confirming anyway.

It's available to rent online from other sources: Blink box for example. Disclaimer: I'm assuming this is a legitimate service, I've never used it.

MrsDmitriTippensKrushnic · 07/06/2012 16:23

I'll look into it, thanks Smile. Yes, I'm wary of streaming from disreputable sources, apart from the legality, it seems to be the best way of opening your PC up to lots of lovely viruses! BFs laptop is permanently screwed because she doesn't stamp down on her DCs streaming crap.

Ohhh Blink Box says it's part of Tesco so I'll assume it must be reasonably legit, and £2.49 seems okay! Thank you again Grin

Wiki thinks it's legit - perhaps not in itself a completely reliable recommendation, but so does the Grauniad and the Torygraph.
