im watching, init sad, the second head actually is alive. i thought itd just be a dead head if you know wot i mean. i hope she lives after the operation or im gona cry

very very sad, but she couldnt survive with no heart of her own .im surprised manar has survived to be honest

I didn't realise she had no heart.

How was she surviving then because their bodies weren't connected apart from the head?

the blood supply keeping the head alive was coming from the other one, thats why they had to operate because manar was having heart failure where too much blood was going to the other one. really awful

the parasitic twin had no heart, no liver, no arms adn legs, etc etc and only manar was keeping her alive - poor little soul!

ahhh how sweet. i thought thatd be it, operation done and thats the end of it.didnt realise she might be brain damaged and have to be on all those pills , poor family, doesnt she look sweet tho
