IIRC some of the footage with Annoying Ashley talking to the press in front of the courts said things like 'Daniel Grayson trail, day 28' etc.

Fire and Ice party was end of summer so Labor day weekend (after which you don't wear white).
Personally I'm pleased the summer is over - it was the longest summer ever.
Clearly, seeing as it's now winter, Daniel was inside for a few months while trial was put together and pretty sure there was a mention that it would happen by December which was quicker than it would normally take to get to trial because rich people can make that sort of thing happen

Sadly, this week's episode was the last one I'll watch. Too confusing for little ole me. There's so much detail to remember in order to keep up with what's going on.
I've started critiquing (sp?) the actors' appearances instead of watching what's going on!
Victoria's lazy eye gets on my nerves.
Conrad has no lips.
Jack's neck is far too short.
Declan's head is too small.
Ashley is Eartha Kitt's daughter.

I've really enjoyed this and it's easy to catch up on what is going on if you miss a week, unlike Homeland which I struggle to follow even though I watched every single episode.

Thanks for the recommendation Brightness, I wouldn't have noticed it otherwise.

When they flashed back to the gravelly voiced fixer guy that fake Amanda killed I found him strangely attractive. The dog is still holding on

I was a bit confused by the latest episode. I can't believe, though, that Frank didn't recognise Amanda/Emily as he spent a fair bit of time with her when she was the waitress.

Oh, and St Jack has definitely improved, not sure I liked the flashback hair.

I find Jack quite odd looking but I am not sure why.

In the flashback Jack almost looked CGIed, but I think it was merely the effect of seeing him clean shaven. But like waxed clean shaven.

Interesting references early on to smoking Monte Cristos (I haven't read it but someone up thread says this is a take on the Count of Monte Cristo?) and 'the twist is the hero and the villain are the same'. Nolan? Victoria? Village Idiot Daniel? (Too young to be the villain of framing David Clark)
