Couldn't find last week's thread so thought I'd start this one. There is no way I could hold my breath under water for more than about 10 seconds.

Just watched last week's episode on 4OD swiftly followed by tonight's - it's utterly amazing. Do wonder if perhaps my dd (15) has a talent for free diving as she has managed to swim numerous lengths from a young age without lifting her face out the water to breathe, and her scuba teacher has commented she may be part mermaid as she hardly uses any of her air tank . Don't think I could cope with her doing that as a sport though.

Watching it now. Don't get the free diving at all - it's not a sport just a weird party trick!

I wouldn't do it. I've scuba dived to 35m, it's a long way down. Can't even imagine 90m.

Interesting programme - I liked last week's particularly.

The thing that puts me off is it's been dreamt up by Daisy Goodwin who came up with the 'Bringing up Baby' format a few years ago. So I'm not sure how far I trust this format. And I agree that the guy picking out the Monet seemed to be led by the expert at one point.
