I just saw in a magazine, "The Killing returns on Wednesday", in an old mag!!!!! I was almost pissed off that I had missed one but it definitely starts next week.

I'll be watching it. I can't wait!

I still have the Danish version DVD boxset on recommendation from MN but Ive only got round to watching 1 episode.

i may be a heathen but actually find the US ones easier to watch - they may not as well made or highbrow but they are still entertaining. i must admit i watched the danish one after the US one and so spent a lot of time comparing the two and looking for the obvious differences in the storyline

Yep! and our super TiVo had already set it to record for us when I checked this morning . I need to remind my mum as we bought her the US s1 for Christmas on DVD and she rang me raging/raving about the ending!

Is it definitely not a repeat? It suspiciously says 'New to Channel 4', not 'brand new', and the clips looked very familiar....

Nope, definitely a new series according to the C4 website. The clips probably look familiar as I'm guessing she's got her hair in a pony-tail and it's dark and raining .

I did enjoy the one episode of the Danish one I managed to watch but I just cant get in to it, I need to give it a chance, plus I tend to do other things while I watch TV so need a night where I can fully concentrate on the subtitles.

I'm watching it, I'm not in the UK though. The second US series has just started here - had 3 episodes so far so musn't give anything away.

Love The Killing. They haven't shown the Danish one here yet though I believe it will be shown later this year.

I still havent got round to watching it, Im going to try and fit it in tonight.

Yes I watched it. I was struggling to remember who some of the characters were, but I think it's all starting to come back.
