me: what a load of shite
DP: what a load of bollocks

Yes, let's go and open a school in Scotland and we will all get jobs, dinner lady included, with no interviews or anything. And we'll bring a load of delinquents pupils with us (their parents won't even notice they're gone).

oh did not know that seb!

HarrietJ0nes · 25/04/2012 22:26

I'd forgotten that Seb!

Though it's a private school so that might get round that rule.

AceOfBase · 25/04/2012 22:28

It's not meant to be realistic though is it? It'd be well boring if it was. Twll I reckon tom is a bit nice too :o

Saltire · 25/04/2012 22:29

Plus seb studying for GCSE is going to do you no good whatsoever in Scotland! When I heard they were moving the set, i thought it was still going to be same schooletc, just filmed somewhere else, I didn't realise the whole school would move - like that would happenFGS Grin

amothersplaceisinthewrong · 25/04/2012 22:30

Is there really going to be another series. Surely not, the cast are all dead aren't they.

When this first started it was not that bad. But like all series that go on for too long the plots got every more ridiculous and unrealistic.

TwllBach · 25/04/2012 22:49

Ace he is the only one I don't feel dirty about liking Grin I'm sure Finn sharkey can't be much younger than me, I'm only 24! And I did have a soft stop for ronan. And tariq has beeyootiful eyes

AceOfBase · 25/04/2012 22:53

Finn is 21 in real life just a year younger than me

ExitPursuedByABear · 25/04/2012 22:56

Ach - love it anyway. Was a bit Shock at the truck in the ending - who will be crushed?

They really are making the existing set in Rochdale into apartments as evidenced on tonight's episode.

whitewhitewine · 25/04/2012 23:02

I haven't laughed so much in ages- the truck ending was just too cheesy and bad.

I did read that Jane from Eastenders is going to be a teacher there and that she is scottish in real life

lisaro · 25/04/2012 23:04

The writers lost it about two or three series ago. It's pure crap. I'm surprised they keep getting another series.

ExitPursuedByABear · 25/04/2012 23:13

What has the 'new' wealthy woman been in? She is very familiar.

TheWisdomOfSolomum · 25/04/2012 23:29

Think she was Claire in EastEnders, and also in a sitcom on BBC1 - My Family? The name escapes me, as do the names of the other actors who are quite well known!

TheWisdomOfSolomum · 25/04/2012 23:32

She was in AbFab too.

The other actors were Robert Lindsay, Zoe Wanamaker Blush Thank you Google!

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 25/04/2012 23:34

She's whats er face in my family.

I know its shit but I love Waterloo Road... So glad to have it confirmed that that's not the end.

TheWisdomOfSolomum · 25/04/2012 23:36

Sarah in EastEnders NOT Claire.

TwllBach · 25/04/2012 23:38

I'll wrestle you for him!

AceOfBase · 25/04/2012 23:58

aaaarrree you reaaady to ruuuummbbbllleee?? :o :o :o

SunflowersSmile · 26/04/2012 06:55

I did a big tut at the ending... honestly....

youarekidding · 26/04/2012 07:39

The other teacher was Donna from Holby wasn't she?

Another glad it's not the end end!

I also have a bit of a Tom crush!

ExitPursuedByABear · 26/04/2012 10:18

My Famly - of course!

hattymattie · 26/04/2012 12:54

I love it and try to ignore the inconsistencies in the plot BUT why if they're going to open in Scotland did they have to get run over by a truck. What's the point. I was all happy for Grantly. Someone please explain what's going on Confused

jandymaccomesback · 26/04/2012 17:01

Come on. Grantley has just been widowed and is now asking the dinner lady to marry him. How unlikely is that? We have always viewed Wloo Rd as comedy and it certainly was last night. Not sure I will bother with the move to Scotland though.

Groovee · 27/04/2012 11:55

The whole thing seemed like a dream

bruffin · 27/04/2012 12:05

"The whole thing seemed like a dream"

Maybe they will all wake up and find Bobby Ewing in the shower Grin
