I know what he is doing is admirable and I'm being shallow but I so would!

Good programme. Unicef is a great charity, they do fantastic work.

Ewan seems like a lovely and genuine guy.

I, erm, Blush would.......

That's why he's so lovable, genuine, willing to go more than the extra mile and sex on a stick. Total package.

lazarusb · 23/04/2012 13:27

Dd (who is 11) asked me who he was - but only when he had his shirt off and was towelling his hair....Hmm I should be worried shouldn't I?

EightiesChick · 23/04/2012 13:32

cocolepew It's repeated on Thurs but only on BBC HD channel - see here

festiemum · 23/04/2012 13:39

Ha ha! DH watched this out of general interest and because he knows the areas Ewan was travelling in.

Although I agree that UNICEF is a wonderful charity, I personally had a very bad experience when I was supporting them. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? I had the same problem with both UNICEF and the nspcc. I signed up for one of those £2 a month donation things. From then on I was inundated with both junk mail and phone calls asking me to give more money. I ended up upping both donations to a fiver a month. But still they persisted with phone calls asking for more and more money all the time. Usually with harrowing stories which I felt was to guilt trip me into giving more. In the end I had to cancel both direct debits as I was just sick of the hassle. Even after that they still kept ringing me asking why I had cancelled and did I want to start donations again. After this going on for a few months I had to quite forcefully ask them to remove me from their database. I now support both the rnli and the Alzheimer's society and I don't get hassled by either one so I'm sticking with those two now. Such a shame as I think both charities are admirable but I just hated their 'hard sell ' tactics.

Watching this now. Swoon. Grin. And of course all the charitable work is most impressive.

to be fair though it was not only ewan that was beautiful though, that amazing scenery, the lovely colours of the clothes and some other really beautiful faces - one older woman with the hash pipe springs to mind.
