Trouble with 4od

Anyone else having trouble with 4od - was trying to catch up on Homeland. Shows adverts fine but then it's just black... Any advice?

I had this problem the other day. It kept saying Error - we are no longer entitled to this asset...or something like that. I gave up in the end. Had recorded on tv box, so watched it on that instead.

No help I'm afraid. I think it was last Monday that I tried to watch it.
