have you checked all through the channels? We found ours way up in the 800's and all over the place!!

You need to retune you tv. If you have an old analogue tv then you need to get sky or free view or virgin media.

You need to rescan. It usually works along the lines of:

Menu/scan for channels/autoscan and then wait until it's done, you should have all your channels back then.

I had to retune a couple of times to get everything back. The ones in the 800s tend to be different regions.

You need to completely re-install all channels from scratch, as if it was a new TV. If you just scan for new channels it won't pick them all up.

It may help to do a rescan with the input cable disconnected to clear the memory then reconnect and scan again.

Yep Ive done all of those things rescanned about 1o times, scan whilst not attached to the aerial, tried both with and without my freeview box :(

Does your freeview box need updating?

Having said all that, I've just re-tuned one of our TVs (with inbuilt freeview) and have lost C4 and CBBC. I was looking through the channels but got distracted , so will look again to see if they are further up. MIL, who is just around the corner, as everything but CBBC.
