I caught some of an episode the other night and was like "Wow, I need to watch this". The 4oD on my TV only has episodes from the last week.

We watched the first episode and half of the second then stopped while on hols. Did a massive catchup on 4oD at the weekend and are up to speed now. It's really good. How many episodes this series?

You definitely need to watch all episodes. I'd recommend waiting until all 12 have been on. We had six stockpiled and soon watched them and now I wish we'd waited as now we have to wait a week for each fix!
