Yes I came upon this yesterday. What I saw of it was lovely. Is it an everyday programme? Very much for tourists and Londoners who don't get out much

I think there are ten episodes. IMO, it's great for all of us who don't know our local area.

ooh that's good he's going to do other areas of Britain then? I enjoyed Portillo's railway travels as well (repeated on BBC4 now at 7.30 p.m. if you're interested) I like the fact that the Beeb is showing more documentary progs. thus noticing that we don't all want to see more quizzes and soaps etc.
