Neighbours - anyone else loving evil Sophie?

I used to find her dull as ditchwater, but am totally loving her slide into the dark side. I think it's the eyeliner. Whatever it is, I think the actress who plays her is doing a vg job. Am also weirdly quite liking the new "Don't give a f*ck" Kate. It's like she knows we all her hate and has dropped the act.

I'm afraid my hatred of Kate continues unabated! I fail to see why all these men would be after her, I think she is totally miscast. I'm reserving judgement on teen-angst Sophie. Are they possibly gearing up for her to leave so they can bring some new characters & storylines in? It seems quite dull at the moment.

Ooh, yes, am also loving Sophie's bad twin. She seems to have gone from about 8 to 18 in about a month's worth of episodes though! I was thinking that when, in last night's episode, they showed a pretty recent photo of her and Kate and Sophie looked so young.

Think Paul's involvement as father figure will be interesting...

Am sooooooo over the whole Karl/Susan thing. What are they playing at?

Also...am I the only one who though the dead dog in the rubbish truck was a bit off?

I like evil Sophie. I think she's doing a good job and she certainly looks v different now than she does in the opening credits!

Kate bores me and annoys me. I was horrified to realise that when she "went off travelling" we, the viewers, got to go too . I thought they were giving us a break from her. Although the scenery was nice. And far more interesting than Kate & Home-and-Away boy.

There are no signs of the Kate actress leaving though - I think she signed a new contract recently.

I have a horrible feeling they are now going to put us through the "romantic adventures" of Karl and Susan dating new people. God help us.

to shiny Kate signing a new contract. Cannot contemplate Karl & Susan dating, yuk. And does anyone else think Priya & Paul are going to have an affair? I really hope not, Neighbours doesn't do sex very well (just see Toady & Sonya at the moment, cringe!)

I did like Erin as she pretty much told shiney Kate that it wasn't all about her.

Kate and Geoff are just the worst Aussie soap couple. Ever.
I still loathe Kate and have read some spoilers that make me hate her even more.
Sophie might be fun if the actress could actually act.

The baby making plot is absurd. Not only is it deeply unpleasant to think about (Sony caught make by Susan? eeeew) but a fertility window of mere hours that 'force' Sonya to run to the city to shag Toadie in his office? WTAF? Can't someone tell her that she has about a week of potential conception time rather than an afternoon?
I thought it was hilarious when she was sulking that Toadie had to work late. The man was caught near shagging his wife in his office in the middle of the day- at least he still has a job! No warning, though?

Btw how did Kate hair treble in length and is now so curly? Is it meant to be the new hippy Kate? The one blowing her mother's trust fund on beach walks and cocktails?
