It is. sigh

It was out of my hands when it was arranged ere.

Some of the chav mothers took it upon themselves to organise an end of year thing.

It has always been my daughters dream to go in a tatty horrblie limo. Her dream came true.

I have hidden all photographic evidence.

I just watched it- major cringe! Although I didn't catch why the little girl with the boyfriend was crying at the end. Can anyone enlighten me?

the primary proms are madness , both my DDs have done prms dd1 year theme was redcarpet so that started the Limo Nonsense in her school a few had done it the year before . dd2 a few years later Limo politics got so out of hand she decided to walk to her leavers do it got out of hand and Bitchy , I think we got a leavers discos in the afternppon when i left primary , It is a load of tosh imo ,

ILoveMortenHarket · 06/03/2012 10:58

here not ere Blush

My son now goes to a different primary so there will be no prom there. My son certainly would not go even if there was one.

It was everything my daughter wanted...and more.

I think it is utter madness & I guess I could have said no. But to make her miserable & when all her girlfriends were going. So I bit my tongue & paid. It wasn't too expensive.

I did loudly comment about how tatty the limo was though.

I'm just watching this on 4od, it's shocking!

"We've been going out for 3 years, off and on"

And wanting a long-distance relationship. At 11.

Bloody hell. It's the way they're not even playing at being grown up, they desperately want to be grown up. Infuriatingly sad.

Didn't see the programme, but my DD had a group limo for the end-of-primary celebration. It wasn't tacky, chavvy, or horrid. Just fun Smile.

Primary proms oh come on ,my class just left and that was it,secondary we had a disco in the school hall now at Xmas and end of term the kids go to a hotel in the city, have a dinner dance and lots book a room and stay overnight(lots also thrown out due to bad behaviour)

We have booked a limo for 12 kids leaving year six.

They are going canoeing after and then bowling.

Some parents are not paying for their kids because I think ''they'' think it is chavvy they are not really thinking that their kids will have a great time.

Some are just doing the bowling or the canoeing, I am sad at their little faces when all the limo kids are talking about the fun they had in the flash car and their mums were too ''cat bum'' faced to pay a few extra pound.

Bit of a ramble there sorry.

Me and DD watched it. Luckily, her school has a disco and cake party when she ends in July.
She had her eyes opened by the Miss Blackpool contestants. She described them as being all nicey nicey to you but once your aren't in the limo, being nasty.
Even she was surprised by the boy and girl romance. And the fact that everyone else thought it was normal.
