We missed the whole Downton Abbey thing when it was on - people raved about it and we didn't know what they were talking about.
Well, no more. We have just watched both series and the Christmas special back to back over a week. It was great!
The only thing is, me & DH have started talking to each other in received English, and are being terribly polite to one another. I've also noticed that my DH looked quite like Matthew Crawley, in his younger days, and it's made me fancy him that bit more.
Sadly, I suspect I am more like O'Brien.
