Blubbed when she said goodbye to the Croppers. My only complaint is that she should have met this guy earlier as would have liked to see more of their relationship and how it developed. I'm glad she got her happy ending but it all felt a bit rushed.....

Oh she was so fab - up there with Raquel and Bet as one of British soap's finest women characters. Sod that, finest character - she overshadows all of the blokes, for sure.

I think that was one of the saddest departures (in a good way) yet.

I've had the same problem on Itv player too. Have now given up.

i got it to work finally! cracking episodes, both of them. thought leanne looked lovely in her wedding get up, tracey's fringe was dire (as was her wailing acting), and how did steve know becky had gone to the airport? kylie just said she'd got in a cab.

Loved last nights episodes! I shed a wee tear too when she said goodbye to Roy and Hayley. Loved the fact she went to Barbados!!! Will miss her though, she had some cracker lines. Agree that Kylie is one to watch to step into her role.

She got a streetcars cab so Steve knew where she was going. I can't see how Gail could get in trouble as Becky was the one with the records and she has gone so can't be questioned and Gail hasn't been near the surgery. They can question Kylie for her fake attack but she was lying on the floor at the time.

I blubber when Becky said goodbye to the Croppers too, what a cracking ending for Becky, after all the dire story lines in the last couple of years it's great that they can pull something like this off so well. Will miss Becky so much, but agree that Kylie is shaping up very nicely as a replacement.

It was a brill ending wasn't it?! Really fab and although a tad far fetched, I still loved every minute! And for any big Katherine Kelly fans, she is going into 'she stoops to conquer', which I believe opens tonight at the national theatre. She is a very talented actress.

I loved that when Steve came back to the Street at the end, you could hear Katy Perry's 'The One That Got Away' coming from the pub.

Becky will be missed. One of the best Corrie characters ever. And how I wish they'd push Tracy Barlow off a cliff.

She's in it till at least Nov, sadly

It's a pity that Tracy is still in it. They managed to mention her false DC defence yesterday (but not that the forensic evidence was undisputed, Tracy admitted killing Charlie in court, so not grounds to appeal and she shouldn't be out). I hope she's not much on screen, though (other characters vanish erratically and for longish periods, so there's hope (talking of which, where is Hope? Another household vanishes!)

The Frank/Carla storyline will, I hope be put out of its misery soon with. Rapid conclusion, not too much screen time and better stories running alongside to counter it.

Then it's only Stella/Carl who need an exit, and it might be tolerable again.

Edith do you think Steve will let them go ahead with buying the Rovers now? Hopefully he'll sell no 13 instead. Frank is beginning to show his true character to Sally now too, so if the trial is next week then the Sally part of the storyline should be happening soon.

Has the trial part of the Frank storyline really been brought forward? (Or was it always going to be coming up next week). I'm hoping it has been moved, as it might be an indication that Granada are realising which parts are misfiring.

It's been moved, that's why Peter missed the wedding as he was with Carla who'd just heard. It's also why Frank sacked the detective, she hadn't got anything on P&C but would have if he hadn't called her back to the office. She was following Peter on his way to Carla's.

i don't mind stella and carl, think they'll be staying for a while tbh. have read there's a bigger storyline coming up for them involving an affair (how original ), has anyone else read about that?, think it was on digital spy.

Whatkungfuthat: I know it has been moved in terms of on screen story. What I don't know is if this bringing forward was always intended as part of the plot, or if it were a rewrite in light of reaction to how badly that story has been handled.

Stella and Carl are nowhere near well enough established to be ready for a big story line; and they aren't a good fit anyhow. Looks like yet another misjudgement.
