WHY do they always let them stay and show them homes they can't afford??!! It really annoys me. There also seems to be a fairly common pattern that it is the husband/man who wants to move and the woman gets persuaded. So many of them want a better work/life balance and then end up justifying a move if they both work like dogs. I think the reality is that most of them kind-of know that they will agree to go and it doesn't make much difference what happens on the trip and what evidence on costs etc they get. I still enjoy it though!
