Ooh, interesting documentary on C4 now. Internet romance and internetters not being 'what they seem'.

Chaos would not approve. Of her username.

Yes I'm watching this, that guy is creepy

AKissIsNotAContract · 18/01/2012 22:17

And impotent!

MotherMucca · 18/01/2012 22:20

He is an oddball, alright.

Creepy.

thenightsky · 18/01/2012 22:42

yes... watching this... what a set of people Shock

thenightsky · 18/01/2012 22:45

I must have missed a bit... I thought Brian had been interviewed near the start of the programme, but now I see he was murdered. Who was the younger guy on screen then?

MotherMucca · 18/01/2012 22:47

What a load of oddjobbers. The text sex is fucking cringeworthy.

Morbidly interested to see what unfolds. I think Jessi is a hairy trucker.

MotherMucca · 18/01/2012 22:48

X post. I think 'Brian' was voiced by an actor.

OP posts:
thenightsky · 18/01/2012 22:49

yes... Jessi seems a bit too worldly to be a teenager.

thenightsky · 18/01/2012 22:50

OMG Shock

MotherMucca · 18/01/2012 22:50

Oh. Not a hairy trucker, then.

Weirdos.

OP posts:
AKissIsNotAContract · 18/01/2012 22:51

Wow, how could she send her daughter's pictures to people?

MotherMucca · 18/01/2012 22:53

Gawd knows.

Nowt so queer as folk, eh? Confused

AKissIsNotAContract · 18/01/2012 22:56

I don't like the way the narration is done as Brian.

It was done as a film I think in the US hence the "Brian" narration. Don't like it much, all a bit weird and a little bit bizarre. Makes me a bit creeped out by the internet!

MotherMucca · 18/01/2012 23:07

Yep, it's pretty seedy.
Fascinating though.

That mum! Worrafreak.

OP posts:
MotherMucca · 18/01/2012 23:12

SHE wants to write a book about the dangers of the Internet. Confused

OP posts:
NettoSuperstar · 18/01/2012 23:15

Why did they make the Mum out to be the biggest villain of the piece?
Weird and horrid yes, but not a murderer.
I particularly didn't like how 'Brian', said she was worse than the murderer.

needanewname · 18/01/2012 23:22

Fascinating program. Wasn;t keen on how the actual murderer tried to make himself an innocent party in all of it, I know the mum was at fault too with playing them of against each other but really he has to take responsibility here

MotherMucca · 18/01/2012 23:24

Oh, I missed that, where 'Brian' said she was worse than the murderer.

I wonder if its because mums are supposed to be fluffy and nurturing. The men can be sociopathic, but never the women.

OP posts:
YNK · 18/01/2012 23:24

Tragic, and just shows how trolling on the net can pan out in RL

MotherMucca · 18/01/2012 23:27

X post. Definitely agree that the ACTUAL murderer is more culpable than the sad woman who was probably craving attention for whatever reason. But women make such good villains, don't they?

OP posts:
needanewname · 18/01/2012 23:31

However I think she was a villan for using her own daughter
