Something For The Weekend is being axed

Well the title says it all really. The BBC have decided to axe the brilliant Sunday Morning show Something For The Weekend (SFTW) to save money.

I have joined a facebook group Save SFTW
There are currently just over 21,000 likes. There is also a link to Twitter in there, but as Im not on Twitter not sure I can link that one too.

This was one of the few programs that is any good on a sunday and was easy viewing. Would anyone else like to see SFTW stay? Or is it just me?

I started a thread yesterday about it, mainy because I will miss Simon so much.
I don't have FB or twitter, but don't want to see it go.

Save it and Simon and cocktail man. NOT Tim 'arsehole' Lovejoy or the simpering Mrs Redknapp FGS.

Which one is Simon? The chef ? I like Tim & Louise too
