EE - Who lives 'underneath' Max and Tanya?

IIRC when EE was first on there was a girl called Carmel that lived in the flat, with the Carpenters in the house above (think it was them who renovated it). Does anyone live there now?

I don't know but can anyone tell me what happened to Heather's baby? Where is he?

George goes to the creche, but you have to remember he is an EE baby. They sleep a lot spend a lot of time at Dots and go to the creche. Therefore you never see them.

Also the babies in Albert square often seem to have some sort of developmental delay. When most children their age would running around wrecking the house, they are still sitting quietly in a bouncy chair.

Blimey snuffa that's comprehensive to say the least! I was thinking about the wrong house and it looks like no one has ever lived under there despite it clearly having a basement

the EE creche has turned into a nursery now WHIT works there i think , and why did tanya let her obviously 11 year old look after oscar when he was just a baby so she could have another drama , Oh and tommy was kidnapped for almost a year yet Cat is quite happy to leave him upstairs alone while she works who looks after the poor boy
