Trying to find a 9pm film to watch tonight. Please help!! Species or The Glimmer Man?

TV is rubbish this evening but I so need to slob in front of it and take my mind off christmas

Species is on at 9pm on the film horror chanel. Natasha Henstringe and Ben Kingsley (1995) or The Glimmer Man on TCM, also at 9pm staring Steven Seagal and Keenan Ivory Wayans (1996)

Help me choose and if you have any other 9pm suggestions I'm easy

The Exorcism of Emily Rose is quite scary. No chance of Movie on Demand! If you do, don't waste your time and money in Isiduous. It is crap.
