I'm not watching, but I would hazard a guess that as it's a t.v. programme it is recorded and edited and they are all too clever to allow that to happen.

She wasn't pissed, who could throw together that cheese thing with such poise, pissed up.

Look, she was definitely behind the wheel...then she was in a coffee shop next morning ordering TEN espressos to get over the 'excesses ' of the night before, (inference being that all her mates stayed over for a shag-fest) wiping her brow, wearing dark glasses, etc.
