Pristine Christmas Radio Times. Check.

Yes Sparkling I thought Outnumbered was gooing down the pan - although Auntie Alison is quite good value.

crazycrackernanna · 11/12/2011 13:22

Seen a clip of AbFab of Eddie being chauffeur driven through what looks like Brixton doing a regal wave shouting out of the window "Wha' Gwan" Xmas Grin

Sparklingbaubles · 11/12/2011 13:28

Ab Fab is only on for half an hour Christmas Day. Sad Think there's another 2 on though at some point.

Young James Herriot (misty eyed reminiscences of original TV series)
Just Henry on ITV1
Christmas Rev with Geoffrey Palmer
Some films - Nowhere Boy, Stardust, The Boat That Rocked, The Young Victoria, Tamara Drewe, Mansfield Park, MASH, Son of Rambow, Flirting
Nigel Slater
The many Lovers of Jane Austen
Bill Bailey - Dandelion Mind
The Borrowers
Great Expectations
Royal Institution Christmas Lectures - long standing tradition from when we were kids - I like to watch these with my Dad
Fast Freddie, the widow and me (mainly because of laurence Fox!)
Earthflight - new nature doc looks absolutely amazing
Dorian Gray
Housewife 49 - this was first shown a couple of years ago and it's an absolute gem
Pollyanna with Amanda Burton
Looks like I'll be glued to the sofa for the festivities!

Sparklingbaubles · 11/12/2011 14:20

Yes *dweezle I like the sound of James Herriott (nostalgic) and The Borrowers, and definitely Great Expectations. Ooh and Bill Bailey. Not sure DH and the Dcs will join me though. Sad

Line Brian Cox on Sunday 18th December BBC2 9pm. Brian Cox's Night with the Stars, giving a lecture to celebrities. Smile.
