I'VE BEEN ON THE BLOODY PHONE TO VIRGIN MEDIA FOR AN HOUR! and my Internet still isn't working properly Xmas Angry. They are sending me a new modem, and I have to use my phone, grrrrrrrrrr. And it's so SLOW without a wireless connection.
