Yes it was beautiful. The poor man was in tears and thanking everyone in sight. He had the most gratitude of anyone I have ever seen on that programme.

It was Martin Lewis's Money Saving Expert website where Mike first posted and Mike's Mob was formed. It's well worth a google as it's such a heart-warming story of how words on a screen and strangers on the internet can make a real difference to someone's life.
