What are the photos about? Who was the man who died in the fire? is this leading to the death of Pat in december?

isn't it from an insurance job that went wrong years ago? Is the picture one of the homeless man that got burnt alive in one of the cars at the carlot as a result?

Phil burned down the car lot not realising a homeless guy was asleep in one of the cars. The picture is of him.

IIRC, it was all actually in a very old episode.
